Step 5: Taking The Leap

If you made it this far, please congratulate yourself, tap your self on the back and prepare all what you have learnt for the fifth and final step, Taking The Leap!
By now your mind and body should be exited and ready to start putting all what you have learnt into action. so what do you do now? well for starters get your self outside and get your self moving, the more active you are the more calories your going to burn, start by being more active. Secondly get yourself to the supermarket and put all that research into play, get some good whole healthy foods, try to stay away from processed foods if you can, but if you cant just watch those calories and stick to your macros, protein, fats, carbs, stay clear from saturated fat, salt and sugar if you can.
What i would do is start off with a week or two just getting used to your new diet and counting your calories before diving into your workout plans, so this way your going to be less stressed and more confident in what to put into your body. After a week or two you can now start working out on that plan of yours to help you burn off those extra calories and build yourself some muscle while melting off the fat.
I have helped you all i can, now its time for you to take your journey into your own hands, you will learn a lot more by getting out there and doing it, you will find out what works best for you in your diet and workout plan!
The best way to lose weight is by diet and being more active, diet alone can shed a few pounds off your body, being more active on top of that will burn even more calories, but diet is by far more important than the exercise, its going to give you the fuel your body needs for day to day activities, giving you vital minerals and vitamins to keep your body in proper working order, your going to look better and feel better from diet alone.
You are ready to reinvent yourself, dont be afraid, take your time with it and dont set your expectations too high so soon, first comes learning, then comes the action, take in as much as you can.
