Losing Weight vs Losing Body Fat

There is a big common mistake people are making over and over again, I see posts everywhere saying "I just want to tone up" and I've seen people starve themselves all because they wanted to "lose weight", so if your reading this your going to learn something new.

If your wanting to just lose weight, feel lighter, look skinnier and your numbers on the scale are low then that's fine, but if your wanting to lose weight but in the end you want to look toned up and leaner, some definition and no lose skin your not wanting to lose weight, you need to lose body fat.

To be toned you need to lower your body fat and keep your muscle mass, if you don't have no muscle your not going to get much tone and definition your just going to look skinny, if your starving yourself to lose weight your body is most likely eating away at your muscle for energy because its not getting enough from complex carbs, fats and proteins so it will take your muscle, and in the end of your weight loss goal your going to look flat, no tone and lose skin depending how much you weighed when you started.

So everyone who wants to lose weight, are actually wanting you lose body fat, why would you want to lose weight and not have something amazing to show off after? yeah you look skinnier and you cant be called fat no more, but under your clothes are you truly happy?

Your going to lose little fat, a lot of muscle and water weight by starving yourself and not eating enough calories.

Stop trying to lose weight and start losing body fat, because at the end of your journey you will be 10 times more excited and 10 times more grateful, no one wants to look good in clothes and crappy without clothes.

losing bodyfat needs to be a slow progress, i cant be rushed, you need to keep an eye on your macronutrients making sure you have a high protein diet, moderate carbs and fats.

Lets get losing weight renamed #FatLoss
